Our established State Farm Insurance Agency is looking for a personable, detail oriented, organized, full time Customer Service Rep. Must be outgoing, have the ability to manage multiple detail-oriented tasks, and work well with others. Excellent customer service and communication (verbal/written) skills are a must. Insurance agency experience is required. State Farm specific agency experience and bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market/sell appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Attention to detail, the ability to handle rejection, and a friendly and professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to be self-motivated to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas.
- Process daily office underwriting requests, payments, and changes.
- Help with customer questions, complaints, and technical issues.
- This is a service/sales position.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
