ROLE DESCRIPTION:

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION BUT LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE THAT WANTS TO START A CAREER IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND WILL TAKE THE STEPS NEEDED TO GET INSURANCE LICENSED IN PROPERTY & CASUALTY AND LIFE & HEALTH.

This full-time entry level position offers the potential for advancement within the company based on both need and experience. Starting pay will be determined by experience level and could be more than what is quoted on this site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm Insurance products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
  • Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
  • Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
  • Maintain individual daily/weekly/monthly quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation - Available to work M-F 8:3oam - 5:30pm in office.
